Fair trading Returns & Refunds
We know that ordering online can sometimes be a hard task, but no need to worry...
In case your order contains defective goods (e.g. due to a printing error), then we will of course send you a faultless product or take back the product and refund you immediately.
If you believe your item is not as described then please get in contact and we will happily assist you.
You can always return the product if you don’t like it for some reason, within 20 days after ordering and you can:
1. exchange it,
2.receive a voucher for your next order, or
3.have the purchase price refunded (minus original shipping costs)
All refunds will be made once the garment is received back to us . The return shippping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
We will accept Item(s) that have not been used, washed, damaged, and are in the same condition as when you received them.
No returns will be accepted without prior contact.
